3. Wholesale Services
3.1 Eligibility
Our wholesale services are available to qualified businesses including retailers, distributors, e-commerce platforms, and beauty brands. Minimum order quantities and business verification may apply.

3.3 Quality Assurance

4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Order Process
Orders must be placed through our authorized sales representatives or official channels. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability confirmation.
4.2 Minimum Orders
Minimum order quantities apply to wholesale purchases. Specific MOQ requirements will be communicated during the quotation process.
4.3 Payment Terms
- Payment terms are typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
- Accepted payment methods: T/T, L/C, and other agreed methods

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Locations
Products can be shipped from our manufacturing facility in China or our distribution center in the UAE, depending on order specifications and delivery requirements.
5.2 Delivery Terms
- Standard lead time: 15-30 days for stock items
- Custom/OEM orders: 30-45 days depending on complexity
- Shipping terms: FOB, CIF, or as mutually agreed
- Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to carrier
5.3 Import Compliance
Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations, customs duties, and product registration requirements in their respective countries.
6. Quality Assurance and Returns
6.1 Quality Standards
All products are manufactured under GMP and ISO22716 standards with comprehensive quality control measures throughout the production process.
6.2 Defective Products
Claims for defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation. We will investigate and provide appropriate remedies for confirmed quality issues.
6.3 Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping errors. Custom-formulated or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Proprietary Rights
All proprietary formulations, processes, and trade secrets remain the exclusive property of MissYoung Cosmetics unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.2 Custom Formulations
For OEM/ODM services, intellectual property rights in custom formulations will be governed by separate manufacturing agreements.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship.
8. Liability and Warranties
8.1 Product Warranties
Products are warranted to meet specifications at time of manufacture. We do not warrant performance under all conditions or suitability for all applications.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or refund of purchase price. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
8.3 Regulatory Compliance
Buyers are responsible for ensuring products comply with local regulations and obtaining necessary approvals for sale in their markets.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
9.1 Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the contract is executed, typically China for manufacturing contracts or UAE for distribution agreements.
9.2 Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration institution.
